With a network of over 700 professionally qualified energy assessors and home inspectors, we are able to provide national coverage against agreed service standards.

Our network is linked by sophisticated IT systems controlled from the National Operations Centre in Kent. This ensures delivery of a consistently high quality service across the country. Working closely with our IT partners, we are constantly developing our systems to meet the needs of our clients and the changing practices of the surveying industry.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are centrally instructed through our National Operations Centre. For institutional clients a comprehensive range of services are available. A team of dedicated customer service personnel are available within our National Operations Centre from 9.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday to process EPC requests and provide technical support.
